As a data-driven executive, Scott demonstrates his expertise in growing and accelerating software companies and developing solutions to anticipate and meet clients’ needs.

Scott brings decades of experience building private equity-backed software companies and positioning them for long-term success. Most recently, he served as CEO of AbacusNext, a SaaS solutions provider to legal technologies and accounting industries.  He has previously led fast-growing companies including Zephyr and Social Solutions. Scott is also the Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit organization in South Africa, which has just built and opened the largest orphanage (250+ children) in QwaQwa, South Africa.

Yancy is a proven leader in scaling growth at both startup and public software companies. Before joining PrimePay, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Stardog, a data analytics startup. Previously, Yancy served as Vice President, Product Marketing at Collibra, where he helped drive record revenue and valuation growth through its Series F funding. Before that, Yancy served as Chief Marketing Officer at Catchpoint, where he built the marketing engine that fueled its global expansion and Series C funding. Earlier in his career, Yancy held marketing and product leadership positions at technology companies including Zags, Teradata, AppSense, and Wimba. Yancy was also Vice President, Industry Strategy & Marketing at Oracle.

Yancy holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University, Northridge, as well as a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.

Matt is responsible for the development and execution of strategies designed to drive recurring revenue growth for PrimePay.  In addition, he oversees the ProfitKeeper by PrimePay business. He has a track record of generating predictable and sustainable revenue results through team building, talent development, and a strong focus on metrics and accountability.

Prior to joining PrimePay, Matt served as CEO of Selective Wealth Management, an investment advisory firm, where his M&A strategy and execution contributed to the entity’s recognition as the fastest growing RIA in Virginia.  Throughout his career, Matt has excelled in a variety of executive software leadership roles focused on strategy, M&A, sales, and software development at organizations including Social Solutions, Microsoft, and e.magination.

Matt is a graduate of Liberty University where he earned a bachelor’s degree.  He also has an Executive MBA in Finance from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a Master of Arts in Law from Regent University.

In his role at PrimePay, Adil works closely with the executive leadership team, leveraging his experience in driving strategic product-led growth along with his expertise in product innovation, to define the future of work and position HR and Payroll as a strategic business function that contributes directly to client growth. 

Adil brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Chief Technology & Product Officer at Atlas, the largest Direct Employer of Record (EOR), where he led the creation of a global software platform that focuses on the human experience of work for both the employer and the employee. Previous to his role at Atlas, Adil served in a variety of leadership and C-level roles at Oracle, PeopleSoft, BenefitPoint, ADP, and Payactiv where he led product and technology innovation resulting in the creation of industry-first products in the global HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Stock Administration, Payroll, Earned Wage Access, and Payments space including the industry’s first global payroll engine and payment cards which have served payroll, tips, employee incentive and benefits related needs over the years.  

Adil received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus along with credentials in Strategic Decisions & Risk Management from Stanford University. Suzanne is responsible for leading all financial aspects of the business including finance and accounting strategy, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, FP&A, capital and risk management, M&A, accounting, cost control, and treasury. She is a strategic business partner with 20+ years of experience working with high growth companies and has deep experience driving scalability and growth in the HCM SaaS industry, specifically for private equity backed organizations.  Suzanne brings a wealth of expertise to the PrimePay team. She possesses a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within the HCM SaaS sector.

Prior to joining PrimePay, Suzanne was VP, Finance at Paycor, optimizing financial process and driving scalability pre and post IPO.  She also served as a Commercial Finance Director at Kroger’s data-driven consulting firm, 84.51, where she contributed to innovative strategies and launched Kroger Precision Marketing. 

Before that Suzanne worked at Senco Brands, a Private Equity-owned company.  Here, she was responsible for global financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, establishing the FP&A function for numerous domestic business units, Japan, China, and Europe.

Earlier in her career Suzanne worked at Omnicare as a Regional controller and Senior Manager of FP&A, collaborating closely with pharmacy operations.  Suzanne began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, building client relationships and specializing in healthcare and manufacturing audits and transactions.

Suzanne holds a BS in Finance and Accountancy from Miami University and an MBA from Thomas More University.

Reagan has excelled in various sales leadership roles. For nearly a decade, he thrived at Paycom, a distinguished player in the HCM industry, holding positions including Account Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Regional Vice President of Sales. Recently, Reagan served as the Senior Vice President of Revenue at MANTA, specializing in data lineage solutions. His leadership played a crucial role in driving MANTA’s growth, ultimately leading to its acquisition by IBM. Additionally, Reagan served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Pantheon, a pioneer in WebOps space that reached “Unicorn” status in 2021.

In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, Ashley is responsible for overseeing PrimePay’s regulatory compliance and privacy initiatives, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws at both the federal and state levels, as well as advising the organization regarding risk mitigation and best practices. Ashley’s background includes performing risk assessments, drafting policies, and managing compliance training programs.

Ashley is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her BA in Political Science and Italian, and The Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where she graduated with an emphasis in Business Law. In addition, Ashley obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the industry standard for privacy professionals in the United States.
